Further Pictures from Epstein's Property Released by Democratic Party US Congress Members

Site plans for the financier's personal Caribbean island featured within the released materials.

Furthermore contained in this recent photograph drop is shown to be a property layout for Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.

Epstein bought a smaller island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the more expansive Great St James in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.

These photos reveal he had formulated development schemes to build upon the 161-acre island by erecting living quarters, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a pool.

Visible on the plan is a local waterway, a marine passage in the territory, indicated on the south-eastern section.

The site plan is covered in handwritten red notes and contains a notes section detailing distinct areas of the estate.

Accompanying the main plan are what seem to be an additional nine construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, featuring plans for marina coverings.

More images disclosed as part of the current oversight disclosure.
